Payment is required before final delivery of vows. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Rush orders require full payment upfront. Refunds are available within 48 hours of initial consultation if you are not satisfied with our service approach.

3. Intellectual Property

Once payment is complete, you own the rights to your custom vows. We retain the right to use anonymized excerpts for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt out.

4. Revision Policy

All packages include unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with your vows. Major structural changes after the third revision may incur additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

6. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled within 48 hours of initial consultation for a full refund. After work has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
